If we compare the carving of the putto heads and the ornamental d\u00e9cor of the J\u00e4rva-Madise and M\u00e4rjamaa altars, we see that they are almost identical.<\/p>\n<p>Ackermann had carved a statue of Moses in 1686 for the pulpit of Tallinn\u2019s Cathedral that was similar to the Moses in M\u00e4rjamaa.
