Old sculptures from Lüdert Heissmann’s pulpit

Several sculptures from the old pulpit made by Lüdert Heissmann have been preserved on the pulpit of the Swedish St. Michael’s congregation: Christ holding and blessing the world, in other words Salvator Mundi, St. John the Apostle and Evangelist, and St. James the Apostle. The statues that were originally located on the pulpit’s corpus are mounted on the gable of the door portal that was renovated by Ackermann.
